What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You may also choose to pay with PayPal.
Does Kenchii charge sales tax?
We are required to charge sales tax in our home state of GA.
Can I order a gift and have it shipped direct to the recipient?
You can send a gift directly to a loved one and we will send the invoice to your billing address. Please call us at 1-888-453-6244 to place any kind of special order.
What are my shipping options?
UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service) are our preferred shipping methods. We have the ability to use all of their delivery options to ensure your needs are met. All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless specified.
Is there a charge for shipping?
We charge a flat fee of $9.50 for UPS ground shipping regardless of the weight of the package.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually ship within 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) of the date you place your order. UPS ground delivery takes between 2 to 6 business days depending upon your location.
How can I track my package?
We will email you a tracking number so that you can track your order status online. If you need further assistance in tracking your order, please call us at 1-888-4-Kenchii (1-888-453-6244).
Can you ship overseas?
Yes, depending on destination. Shipping charges vary and customs fees may apply.

ENV by Kenchii Return/Warranty Policy
30-day Return and Refund Policy
If you have purchased an appliance from ENV by Kenchii and are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your purchase within 30 days of delivery date.
How to Return:
- Contact the ENV by Kenchii Customer Service Department toll free at 1-888-4Kenchii (1-888-453-6244) or email email@example.com.
- In your return package you must include:
- Original packaging
- Copy of your original receipt
- Complete contact information including email, daytime telephone, and address.
- Call to obtain correct address for your chosen courier.
- We strongly recommend shipping your package securely and through a traceable shipping method such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS which offers delivery confirmation.
**Please note: Returns will NOT be accepted without original packaging**
We will email you within 5 business days of receiving your package to confirm your return. Once your return is received, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders that are:
- Received later than 30 days from delivery date.
- Purchased from a company other than ENV by Kenchii. In this situation, please refer to the return policy of the retailer where the product was purchased.
- Not returned in original packaging.
Warranty Replacement Policy
Products will be considered warrantied only after the registration form has been received. If you experience issues with an item and your product is within the one-year limited warranty, please contact ENV by Kenchii customer service to verify that we have received your product registration. Once verified, you will be asked to return the defective item for analysis and a decision will be made to refurbish or replace the product. There is a fee to cover the replacement of your item which includes return shipment of the new or refurbished item.
Please note: Warranty only covers manufacturers defects and does not cover damages due to misuse or neglect. Warranty periods are calculated from your original date of purchase. Receiving a replacement item does not extend your warranty period.
In the warranty return package please include the following:
- Defective Appliance
- Complete contact info
- Warranty Replacement Form: Download PDF.
- Brief note about defect in the product
- Check or money order payable to Kenchii (Please refer to table below)

If we no longer carry the item you would like to replace our Customer Service Team will be happy to help you find a comparable alternative.
If your shipment from ENV by Kenchii is damaged in transit, please keep the original shipping carton and follow these instructions to replace your order:
- E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and report the damage. Include your order number and complete contact information.
- Call your shipping carrier within 24 hours of receipt to obtain a Damage Inspection Report. For further instructions, review the information from UPS, FedEx or USPS.
- Request that your shipping carrier return the order to ENV by Kenchii at the address listed on the package. Please do NOT return the order yourself. This may delay your transaction.
